Quick post here. These were the other two Sinful Colors polishes I grabbed last weekend in the 4/$5 sale.
I decided I wanted them matte. I like them even better that way!
No problems or complaints with application or dry time!
Picture heavy. I wasn't in the mood to be particular.
Two mommies, best friends from opposites sides of the country, sharing their love of polishes and manicures.

Sweet Nothing in the Spotlight
Walgreens had a four for five dollar sale and I had five dollars.
Two of the polishes I purchase were "Sweet Nothing" and "In the Spotlight."
Both went on like a dream. I don't know if Sinful Colors has reformulated since I last purchased but these were both thicker than any other I have (and I have quite a few), and seemed creamier and not as thin and runny.

Irish You Luck with Miranda Rights
Green is one of my favorite colors.
Emerald and Kelly greens are my favorite hues.
Enter That One Nail Polish (www.thatonenailpolish.com)
Roxette is such a sweetheart, and she holds sales pretty frequently as a part if building her business.
These were a BOGO sale score.
They're so gorgeous.
Irish You Luck is a satiny emerald/Kelly green that goes on like a dream. I used two coats for full opacity. Then, I coated it with a layer of Miranda Rights- shiny green hexes in nearly the exact shade as Irish You Luck, with black hexes and other tiny black glitter. I told her that I was pretty sure they were made for me. Haha.
I used two coats top coat for smoothness. I didn't get around to cleaning up around my cuticles and such because Collin decided to pick a fight with his bouncy chair.
The glitter is a but thick, like the others we have reviewed or tried on here, but again, I think it's due to the amount of glitter in the bottle. It's packed! It's great that way.
I got a cheap macro lens for my phone, so... There's a few macro shots of the polishes together!
These are my favorites from her shop now, for sure!

Nik's thoughts on Pixie Dust
Alright, the long-awaited and wished for Zoya Pixie Dust is mine! I have London (gray) and Godiva (nude/gold).
I bought them off eBay, which saved me money. The initial price was $9 something, and shipping was $1 something. Take that crazy priced Zoya website shipping!
In general, I'm a big fan. The texture is fun, and not annoying. Ollie noticed it and had a thing for holding my fingernails. The sparkle is super pretty and can be seen even in low light!
It went on well. I used three coats of London and it was definitely opaque. It didn't take much longer than normal to dry to full matte effect, and I love that I accidentally marred one nail and you couldn't even tell.
The website says its "long lasting" though I don't know what their definition of long is. I put it on Saturday and chipped four nails Sunday. I'm about to remove it because I feel like it catches on my hair on the chipped nails now and it's driving me nuts.
They say not to use base or top coat, so I didn't.
Here area photos! I can't wait to own more polishes like this. Gotta sell some mobiles first though!
Can't wait to read what Desi thinks of it!

My own polish and striping tape mani.
Quick post.
Thanks to a tip by Kristain on our Facebook.com/MommiesManis page, I was able to create a successful striping tape design!
I used two of my own nail polish creations made from clear polish and eye shadow (I have a pictorial blog entry to show you how to do that a few weeks back!). As an accent nail base I used "Mommy needs a Latte" (made for that post!). When that had dried about 15 minutes, I taped a design and covered all of my nails with one coat of "My Favorite Sweatshirt," and peeled the tape off immediately. I used two coats of top coat for shine and smoothness.
Love it! Too bad I broke a nail today.
